its your heater core? One way to test - remove the rear engine heater core hoses and try and push some fluid (ie., garden hose fitting but cold to do in winter) , compressed air (maybe just blow?) thru the core. Do things move nicely or not? Just be aware the clog could be the heater core coolant valve not opening (and not an issue with the core itself being clogged). That valve is controlled by the car's climate system and sometimes the motor that operates the valve goes bad. It's possible to disconnect the motor from the valve and operate it manually (set at half open or similar). However there's also a procedure to do similar with the climate control diagnostics but if the motor isn't working, it still won't open. The heater core valve is located about 4-6 inches up and 10 inches or so to the right of the gas pedal - buried behind the dash.
